Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but unforeseen delays may occur. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Please allow additional time for transit during peak periods or if you are ordering around holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipping:

- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (Available in select locations)
International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing and other external factors beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that Olvari is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied to your shipment by your local authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, customs duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about applicable fees before placing an international order.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections for international orders. While we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow additional time for these potential delays.
Damages During Shipping
Olvari takes great care to ensure your products are packaged securely for shipment. However, we are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, we advise you to contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items to support your claim.
